Welcome to the West Palm Beach IAHSP Regional Chapter!
The Palm Beach County IAHSP™ Regional Chapter is a division of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals™ (IAHSP™). Our chapter was founded in January 2008 by current president Fernando Rosado, to foster growth and professional business standards, promote ethics, and provide networking among Stagers working with Real Estate Agents and sellers in preparing homes for sale in the South Florida/Palm Beach County area. Through our efforts, we hope to elevate the professionalism of Home Staging and work to continually expand the quality of services provided to our clients. The Staged Homes Program has been developed to assist property owners in presenting their homes for sale in the best possible way, by employing the unique skills of an Accredited Staging Professional™. Throughout Palm Beach County we are those professionals. Across the nation, savvy Real Estate Agents and Home Sellers know that Professionally Staged Homes Sell Faster and for more Money! Use us as your secret weapon to outsell the competition. There are Staging secrets and techniques that can be applied to the most modest home as well as the most luxurious estate. WEST PALM BEACH CHAPTER MEMBERSHIP: To become a member of WPBIRC, you must be a member in good standing with the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP), a licensed business owner in South Florida, and an ASP™ or ASPM™ Stager/Real Estate Agent designation. All Stager members are subject to our Ethics guidelines for participation and business conduct. The Chapter meets on the 4th Tuesday of every month at 3:30 p.m., location TBD.
